Q: How to Order Our Native American Products
A: Simply browse our category options and the left column or check out our fly out menus under the "products" section and select the Native American category that fits your needs.
If you have a large bulk order please contact us to make sure that there is a large quantity of the item you want in stock.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Add the products you would wish to purchase and then provide shipping information. You will then be given the shipping cost for your items. For more details go to our terms page.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: On most items we do not ship internationally. Check your local customs requirements and see our terms page for more info.
Q: Is there a minimum order requirement?
A: No. There is no minimum order requirement.
Q: How fast should I expect my order?
A: Typically, an order is processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. As we have multiple warehouses across the country (AZ, TX, GA, etc...) we will get the product to you as soon as possible usually within 2-5 business days. See terms page for more information.
Q: What do you do with the email addresses of your customers?
A: Your email address is secure. We do not give out your information to anyone and your email address is only used for contact with you regarding your purchase or inquiry.

A: Yes. Our site uses the most up-to-date encryption technology.
Q: How do I order a product with a check?
A: Ordering via check is simple, however, we encourage ordering online as that decreases turn around time and the chance of error on the purchase amount on the check. You send a check to our address found on our contact us page with the name and SKU of the product you would like to purchase and we will process your order. Note: Direct mail orders will take longer to process due to sending your check via direct mail. Upon check clearance we will process your order and your product will be shipped typically within 24 hours.
Q: I want to order a large quantity of items, can you give me a discount for large quantities?
A: We often get requests for large quantities of items. If you would like to order a large quantity of items contact us first to make sure we have the quantity that you want in stock and second to see if we offer any discount for that quantity.
Q: Are there any functional Bow & Arrow Sets?
A: The only functional bow and arrow set that we have is found here. The rest are for decorative purposes only.
