Notice on Native American Made Products
Many of the products we offer are designed by Native Americans but many of the artists cannot legally call their work truly Native American despite their heritage. This is due to the system of laws that make it difficult to obtain proper certification. However, you will find that all of our Native American crafts are designed or hand made from top quality artists.
In the absence of a specific certification of authenticity provided with the Native American product, the seller does not warrant or represent that any specific item sold or offered on our site is authentic Indian craft as defined by the laws of the state of creation, the laws of the United States, or the laws of any other jurisdiction.
